2. Service Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone, or email. Upon booking, we will schedule a technician visit at a mutually agreed time.
• Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation by Jai Mahakaleshwar Services based on technician availability and service area.
• Cancellation: Customers may cancel a service booking by contacting us at least [e.g., 2 hours] prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Inspection Charges: A nominal inspection or visiting charge may be applicable, which will be communicated to you prior to the visit. This charge may be waived if the repair is proceeded with.
• Repair Quote: After inspection, the technician will provide a detailed quote for the repair, including parts and labor. Work will only commence upon your approval of the quote.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept [e.g., Cash, UPI, Online Bank Transfer].
• Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be added to the final invoice as per Government of India regulations.

4. Warranty on Repairs and Parts

• Parts Warranty: New genuine parts used during a repair typically carry a manufacturer's warranty. The duration of this warranty will be communicated at the time of repair.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: Ensure proper access to the appliance for the technician to perform the service.
• Information: Provide accurate information regarding the appliance model, issue, and your contact details.
• Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jai Mahakaleshwar Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jai Mahakaleshwar Services and its licensors.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dombivli, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes To These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
